Meet the Team
Katherine Nelson
Director
A Director of both business Denton Clark and our sister business, Golding Property Services in Liverpool. Katherine started working in the private residential sector of lettings and property management almost 20 years ago after studying Business property management at university. Katherine has worked predominately in the Cheshire area during her career working within all disciplines of the residential sector. Katherine is also a member of Liverpool City Council landlords advisory panel which discusses and assists Liverpool City council within decisions reviewed within the private sector housing department.
Sophie Short
Lettings Negotiator
Sophie primarily works within the lettings team in assisting the department and progressing applications through to move in. Sophie has lived in Chester all her life and graduated from the University of Chester, with First Class degree in Law.
Jennie Norris
Property Manager
Jennie, has worked in Residential lettings and Property Management since 2004 working across Chester and North Wales, apart from a short break when she worked as a manager for a local fine art auctioneer. Jennie has obtained NFOPP certificates in both Sales and Lettings, and also qualified as an inventory clerk. Jennie has lived in Chester all her life so has an abundance of knowledge regarding the area and the properties within.
